Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Goa Nine Tales, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.


1. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

  • The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the request is received by Goa Nine Tales.


2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 7 days before travel date: Partial refund after deducting service charges.

  • 3–7 days before travel date: Up to 50% of the total booking amount may be deducted.

  • Less than 72 hours before travel date: No refund will be provided.

Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotels, transport providers, and third-party vendors.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation and service charges.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

  • Processing time for refunds may take 7–10 working days.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Last-minute bookings

  • Discounted or promotional packages

  • Government taxes, convenience fees, and third-party charges

  • No-show cases (failure to arrive on time)


5. Cancellation by Goa Nine Tales

In rare circumstances where we cancel a service due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, technical issues, force majeure), customers will be offered:

  • A full refund OR

  • An alternative service or rescheduled date


6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God.


7. Changes to Booking

  • Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Requests for changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.


8. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Goa Nine Tales and will be subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
