Kiran Shantaram Wadkar<\/h2>

With more than 35 years of experience across civil engineering, infrastructure and real estate, Mr. Kiran Wadkar is the founder and driving force behind the organisation's execution-led foundation. His career has been defined by engineering discipline, integrity, quality and a commitment to delivering on complex projects.<\/p>

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1991, founding Construction Engineers in Kolhapur, and subsequently led the organisation across residential, commercial, telecommunications and infrastructure projects in multiple regions of India. Under his leadership, the business delivered 460+ telecommunications tower projects and expanded into major infrastructure works spanning water supply, energy and gas, telecommunications, roads and mobility, power and energy, bridges and drainage across Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka.<\/p>

In 2010, he established Con-Tech Projects & Infra Pvt. Ltd., creating a more structured organisation capable of undertaking complex infrastructure and project delivery. Building on its engineering and execution capabilities, the business subsequently expanded into planned real estate development, bringing the same principles of quality, accountability and disciplined execution into the development of real assets.<\/p>

As Chairman of Contech One, Mr. Wadkar provides strategic stewardship to the organisation, carrying forward more than three decades of execution experience while supporting its evolution into an integrated real estate and infrastructure group.<\/p>

Aniket Wadkar leads Contech One's evolution into an integrated real estate and infrastructure group, bringing together Advisory, Capital, Realty and Infrastructure with a focus on institutional discipline, connected decision-making and long-term value creation.<\/p>

He holds a dual master's degree in Property Development and Project Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney - ranked among the world's top 20 universities. He graduated with Excellence, four university awards, and two major scholarships, and was named to the UNSW Dean's List in 2022.<\/p>

Aniket began his career at a Big 4 firm in the National Real Estate Advisory team, working alongside professionals advising ASX 50-listed REITs, private property funds, institutional investors and government bodies. His experience spans real estate investment, financial modelling, feasibility, transaction advisory and strategic property decisions across industrial, logistics, retail, commercial, healthcare and residential assets, as well as nationally significant infrastructure initiatives including social and affordable housing, federal rail infrastructure and Brisbane's 2032 Olympics development.<\/p>

Working at the intersection of real estate, capital and infrastructure brought direct exposure to institutional-grade portfolios, public-private partnerships, global investment discipline, and large-scale development ecosystems - and a clear view of what a market with India's underlying opportunity was still missing.<\/p>

Aniket returned with a specific intention: not to replicate what he had seen in global markets, but to apply that same discipline to a market with fundamentally stronger underlying opportunity. Under his leadership, that intention became Contech One - a group built to participate across the entire real asset lifecycle, from strategy and capital structuring to development and delivery, so every stakeholder deals with a single accountable partner throughout.<\/p>

Before joining Contech One, Pragati built her career in India's financial services sector, where she gained experience in recruitment, workforce planning and business operations. Working closely with business leaders, she developed a strong understanding of building teams, managing people and creating processes that support business growth.<\/p>

Her experience has shaped her belief that strong operations are the foundation of a successful organisation. For Pragati, it is about having the right people, clear processes and effective systems that help teams work better and deliver consistently.<\/p>

At Contech One, her responsibilities include talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee development, onboarding, operational coordination and process improvement. She works towards creating simple and effective systems that improve efficiency, accountability and collaboration across the organisation.<\/p>

As Contech One continues to grow, Pragati focuses on strengthening the organisation from within. Her aim is to build a work environment where people can perform at their best, processes are clear and efficient, and the organisation is prepared for long-term growth.<\/p>
